Hoping For Rain

Spring at daycare is a messy season, so I needed to order some rain boots for Ansel (they were all out of his size at Fleet Farm!).  When they arrived in the mail, he was beyond ecstatic!!  He couldn't wait to put them on and march all around the house.  He showed them to Sissy, Daddy, and Mama all night!

St. Patty's Party

The kids wore green to daycare for St. Patrick's Day, since no one wants to be pinched!  They had matching Oscar the Grouch socks to complete their outfits.  I took these pictures after I picked them up.  The first one, Ansel is yelling, "Cheese!" as loud as he an for the camera.  The next one, they are both very focused on their socks (though you can't see those in the pic!).

Silly Stuff

It has been a busy few months for our family.  We've had some changes to our childcare situation, which has had ripple effects into most of the other areas of our lives.  The kids are doing well though, and they seem to really love silly things right now.  One of Ansel's favorite catchphrases is, "That's kinda silly!" and then he cackles like a maniac!!

Silly is the only way to describe fitting this many creatures into one chair.  This is the living room equivalent of a clown car!

Amita loves silly dress up games.  She makes up all sorts of costumes and plays pretend almost daily.
