Then, on Saturday afternoon after her nap, it was time to go trick or treating! Our goal was to make it around the cul-de-sac... but I think Amita's only goal was to pet as many dogs as she could on the tour of our neighborhood! Either way, we could consider our outing successful, since we got treats and dog greetings at every house!!
Here's Amita showing off her handiwork with dad.
Everything about pumpkin carving was exciting, we got to hear her exclaim, "ooooOOOOoooh!" all morning!
Peeking out the door at some of our first trick or treaters. She wasn't sure yet if she really wanted to be in a costume...
Getting ready to brave the chilly weather and start our lap.
But then she noticed we were missing dad, so she headed back. Check out that rainbow mane and tail and the iridescent wings!
Walking with daddy.
One of the many dogs Amita got to meet during the festivities. Most were much bigger than this one, but she loved them all just the same.
Azrael getting into the holiday spirit in his fishing costume.
And here's me, waiting for the arrival of our little one. Amita is very curious about why the travel bed that she sometimes sleeps in is set up in our room. It's ready whenever baby is!!
